2. Delivery Time

 

Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location.

  • Estimated delivery time within Europe: 5-8 business days after dispatch.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local courier schedules, or busy holiday periods.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping for orders over €250 (valid for NL, UK, BE & DE).

  • For orders under €250, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

You’ll always see the total shipping cost before completing your order – transparent and without hidden fees.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

  • Orders placed on weekends are processed and shipped on Monday.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

5. Shipping Method

We ship using trusted logistics partners such as PostNL, DHL, and other reliable international carriers depending on your region.
We also strive to use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible as part of our commitment to sustainability.

6. Track & Trace

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing:

  • Your tracking number, and

  • The name of the carrier.

You can track your shipment easily through the carrier’s tracking page or directly via our website.

7. Missing or Damaged Items

If something is missing from your order or your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery via info@lualoukids.com.
We’ll resolve the issue promptly by sending a replacement or offering an appropriate refund.

Customs & Duties 

For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
