By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and photography lighting.

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • modify or discontinue products at any time;
  • refuse or cancel orders where necessary;
  • limit quantities purchased.

3. Prices & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the selected currency and include VAT where applicable.

We accept secure payments through:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • PayPal
  • Klarna
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • other payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments and Stripe.

If Klarna or another “Buy Now, Pay Later” provider is selected, additional terms from that provider may apply.

4. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not yet mean the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including:

  • suspected fraud;
  • payment issues;
  • stock availability;
  • pricing errors.

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for:

  • providing the correct shipping address;
  • any customs duties or import taxes outside the UK where applicable.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided.

6. Returns & Right to Cancel

Under UK consumer law, customers in the UK and EU have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Returned items must:

  • be unworn;
  • unused;
  • in original packaging;
  • with tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned items.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • personalised or custom-made items;
  • Swimwear
  • items marked “Final Sale”;
  • products discounted by 70% or more;
  • worn, washed or damaged items;
  • items returned without original tags.

For hygiene reasons, certain products may also be excluded from returns.

8. Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and order details.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to products that are:

  • as described;
  • fit for purpose;
  • of satisfactory quality.

Where applicable, we will offer:

  • a replacement;
  • repair;
  • refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

  • logos;
  • branding;
  • photography;
  • designs;
  • text;
  • graphics

belongs to LUALOUKIDS LTD and may not be copied or used without written permission.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.

11. Klarna & Buy Now Pay Later

If you choose Klarna or another deferred payment service, your agreement with that provider is separate from your purchase agreement with LUALOUKIDS LTD.

We are not responsible for decisions made by third-party financing providers.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUALOUKIDS LTD shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential losses;
  • delays outside our reasonable control;
  • business losses suffered by consumers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
